I am an endurance athlete and needed to find a sport massage therapist that would have the understanding of athletes. I've now visited PRM and Kristen 3 times and she has been so responsive to my aches from spending long hours on the bike. She can find the points that I didn't know were troubling me and can get the muscles back to a relaxed state.
