I am an endurance athlete and needed to find a sport massage therapist that would have the understanding of athletes. I've now visited PRM and Kristen 3 times and she has been so responsive to my aches from spending long hours on the bike. She can find the points that I didn't know were troubling me and can get the muscles back to a relaxed state. Kristen is so good at what she does! She gives the perfect amount of pressure for sports recovery massages. I have had 2 massages from her now and both times my hips have felt amazing afterwards. She is definitely someone to see if you are looking for an aided recovery tool with sports or just looking to help improve muscle tension and circulation.

I can’t see myself ever going to a different massage therapist. Kristen is the missing piece to my fitness regimen. I would not hesitant to recommend to her to anyone I know, athlete or not- she is hands down the best. Not only is she good at her job, she is an amazing and kind person.
Kristen is so kind and professional and works with so much care. she made me feel safe and made sure i knew i could speak up if something didn’t feel right, or if i wanted it to happen a different way (more/less pressure, etc). she’s so nice and down to earth, can’t recommend her enough!
