Kristen’s massages are a game changer!!!! She has some techniques I’ve never experienced elsewhere… I highly recommend caring for yourself by booking regularly.

I am an endurance athlete and needed to find a sport massage therapist that would have the understanding of athletes. I've now visited PRM and Kristen 3 times and she has been so responsive to my aches from spending long hours on the bike. She can find the points that I didn't know were troubling me and can get the muscles back to a relaxed state. Kristen is so good at what she does! She gives the perfect amount of pressure for sports recovery massages. I have had 2 massages from her now and both times my hips have felt amazing afterwards. She is definitely someone to see if you are looking for an aided recovery tool with sports or just looking to help improve muscle tension and circulation.
