Was moved into a gross, disgusting, uncleaned apartment last year!! Jameson and management were apathetic; had to discuss with Jameson's boss who set him right. Just moved out and now they're trying to charge me excessive cleaning fees, including an actual charge for reinstalling the stove burners which were clean and in the dishwasher. We moved long distance into a filthy house that nobody from their office actually walked through. The homeowner OK'd it as move in ready apparently and they blindly accepted that. I can't imagine they would have 5 stars if this were how they normally do business but we have been terribly unfortunate with this experience. We did not get offered help to clean the house, compensation, credit or an apology from their Manager/CEO.
