The worst we have had in years - Waterford Building
I wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate our Property Manager, Lee Boros. I’ve lived in several different condos over the years and have dealt with many Property Managers, and Lee, by far, has been the BEST. If you reach out, he responds, quickly, and always with thoughtfulness, and detail. His kindness, competence, professionalism, and promptness, make living in this building all the more enjoyable. He’s one of a kind. Thank you Lee, for all you do.
Have had a great experience with PPM. They deliver when it matters most. Shut out to Lee B who has consistently exceeded expectations and gone beyond what is expected. Thank you.

One of the worst companies I have ever met. Avoid contact with this company if possible. They installed the white part of the pipe for four months and reported that the cost of the work is $10,000.
