This company hires incompetent employees. The lack of care for residents in the buildings they “manage” is non-existent. Do not trust a word they say as they have no clue what is going on in the buildings they are responsible for. The lack understanding to basic questions in written or verbal form is extremely frustrating. Do not buy or rent in any building they are responsible for.

This property management company is a joke. They do not have a proper portal to manage issues, don't respond regularly to emails or calls, they don't check the work done by the contractors they hire, and don't seem to do anything proactive. They are mere admin of the minimum required to get paid. As an example, their property manager leaves on vacation without notice, redirect to another person who cannot be reached, and does not respond even upon return. Absolutely awful property management company who yells at you on the phone, does not follow up when they say they will. High recommend going anywhere else. Anarchy is better than performance property management.

My condo building recently hired Performance Management after many years with a previous company. Upon arrival, Haley Weller, our new manager, has been professional, efficient and courteous. In fact, she really wants to help to make this building a better place for residents. Haley started her new job with a relatively difficult issue to deal with and handled it with patience and purpose.
