I wanted to take a moment to say how much I appreciate our Property Manager, Lee Boros. I’ve lived in several different condos over the years and have dealt with many Property Managers, and Lee, by far, has been the BEST. If you reach out, he responds, quickly, and always with thoughtfulness, and detail. His kindness, competence, professionalism, and promptness, make living in this building all the more enjoyable. One of the worst companies I have ever met. Avoid contact with this company if possible. They installed the white part of the pipe for four months and reported that the cost of the work is $10,000.
Jessyca is such a wonderful manager, she responses back to my enquiry promptly and show her care of my rental unit. I am very satisfied by her work.
