As a tenant I've had nothing but issues with this management company. I've been in contact with three levels of management, the first response I received from the building manager turned out to be incorrect procedure/policy which caused issues, and the second time I reached out they didn't bother to respond at all.
I would advise anyone that is living in a property managed by this company to be cautious about setting up automatic payments for maintenance. Until last month, I resided at a company managed by PPM. I advised them in writing that I had sold my unit and asked for confirmation that payments would not be withdrawn after my closing. I followed up three times and didn't receive a response and money was withdrawn. I escalated the issue and the manager confirmed a refund would be issued within two weeks. This is the address listed on correspondence for Try Keep… a credit alternative for business. Avoid KEEP! After being promised a higher credit limit than any bank, I received a meager limit that wasn't even worth the time of applying. But that's not even the worst part! Over a year into having the account I never used, KEEP unilaterally began charging a weekly fee for the privilege of having the account I never used, of $29.99/wk. Alon is the absolute worst. Should not be working at this company. That guy is beyond unprofessional and unhelpful, and represents this company very poorly.
My kids and I lived in a property managed by Performance for 4.5 years. I want to thank Property Managers Andre Gorham, John Zhang and the building Super, David Valle. Mr. Gorham & Mr. Zhang are professional, prompt and polite with excellent dispositions. I really appreciate their outstanding communication.
