Alon is the absolute worst. Should not be working at this company. That guy is beyond unprofessional and unhelpful, and represents this company very poorly.
My kids and I lived in a property managed by Performance for 4.5 years. I want to thank Property Managers Andre Gorham, John Zhang and the building Super, David Valle. Mr. Gorham & Mr. Zhang are professional, prompt and polite with excellent dispositions. I really appreciate their outstanding communication. ****Stay away****Building elevator has been down since past one week during this lovely holiday season and this has been the second or the third time this year. Fun fact is that 50 sky harbour only has one elevator that residents depend on.
Erika (or Erica?) was awesome. Super responsive to my question and called me back promptly to resolve the issue. Impressive!
PPM managed a unit I was a tenant in for over 3 years, and I only ever had positive experiences with them. Jessyca and her team were incredibly responsive, knowledgeable, and helpful. I would highly recommend PPM to anyone looking for a high quality property manager.
