Owner decides to sell the house under us now we have random people in the house and I'm still having to pay rent for a home that I'm not comfortable in. All i ever hear from PPM is do this do that per owners request which makes me feel like I'm not only paying PPM but working for them as well for a house that feels like a shared space.

I have been using Performance Property Management for the past 8 months to manage my property and have nothing but Great things to say about this company. From Day #1 the entire staff (Jerry, Greg, Sara, Martha, Charles and John) have treated my home like it was their own. Maintenance Issues have come up and we deal with them efficiently and ensure the tenant is satisfied and the repair is done in a cost effective manner. They are HONEST, hardworking, and it is never an issue to get in contact with them.

Jerry was spot on with his assessment regarding the correction of a garage door header gone wrong. The header was sagging six to eight inches over a sixteen foot span. This was corrected due to Jerry's recommendation and our combined efforts. We also repaired a skylight leak at the same location. Jerry also advised me of the roofing codes and helped with the repair. Jerry has an excellent mechanic mind and the ability to apply it to a given situation

I rented in the past, and I must say the way they handle things at the office is just perfect! This past winter my heater went out and I thought I was going to have to wait forever for it to be fixed, I talked to Martha and she was very nice and handled it perfectly

I have rented from Performance Property Management for almost 2 years now, and so far it is the best experience I have ever had with renting. The superior experience with their maintenance is specifically what has prompted me to write this positive review. The response time has always exceeded my expections, and the repair-men sent have always gone above and beyond to find solutions for me. I am extremely happy with Jerry Minney and the team at Performance property. Speaking as a property owner, I can say that they are great about making sure they take care of everything . Properties are well maintained and they make sure you get paid on time and that your tenants are well qualified and vetted. I recommend them highly to anyone who owns investment properties.
