For starters the properties are overpriced and trashy. Landlord… Danielle is super unprofessional. Moved in with a dirty place and she still tried to charge me for leaving it cleaner than she gave it to me, and I mean spotless. Good luck getting your deposit back because if you aren’t moving to another one of her properties she will charge you unlawfully, and when you call her out on the lease she will refuse to even talk to you about it “wrong I’m done talking to you now”..
