Performance pools had a sign up in our neighborhood because they were putting in another pool. I did a little research online just to read other reviews about the company then talked to some other people I know who have pools. Performance pools were highly recommended and had good reviews. Performance pools is a local company and we chose them for our new pool because they had the cheapest quote and we were also happy with Sam. Their project manager and scheduling team were great too. They were very friendly, confident and informed. They were very proactive and kept us abreast with everything. We chose to have a fiberglass pool with tanning ledge. We've been looking to get a pool for our new house for the last two years. We had to wait until the ground settled at the new house. We had another house that had an in ground pool and that pool was built by Paradise Pools. They had some issues so we didn't go with them. I heard about Performance pools and spas from HomeAdvisor and chose them because of the brand of fiberglass pools they carry. They made me kidney shape pool and the interactions that we had with the scheduling team were all very positive. Sam was very well informed, a good communicator and always on-top of what was going on. However, it was different with the project manager, named Sean. My husband and I hired Sam in June 2015, shortly after we bought our first home that has an in ground swimming pool. After calling ALL the swimming pool companies in Lincoln, Sam was the only one who answered his phone. Sam came right out and showed us what was what and how to maintain the pool. He was very patient with us and explained everything very well. Unfortunately, the pool had a leak the previous owner did not disclose. I was amazed by how quickly they assessed the problem, and flawlessly conducted their repairs, replaced two parts, all within one hour! They were professional, courteous, and I would recommend them to all my friends and family. They are the A Team!!!

I received a Groupon for performance pool and spa. I wanted to get my hot tub cleaned out and the Groupon was 59 percent off original cost.I had called left a message and Sam call me right back schedule an appointment for the next morning and after that nothing they won't answer my phone calls they never showed up and he never called to re set up an appointment

I called for service and service master called to ask who I would llike to choose. I had seen an Performance pool truck in the neighborhoood so I selected them not know anything about them. I could not have selected a better company. They called the next day and sent a person out that afternoon to check my pump and what they need to do. He explained everything thoroughly and came back the next day and repaired it. I would recommend them highly for any pool or spa needs.
