Pulled in & asked for a motor oil change. Got the normal sales pitch for a full service. (I’m a capitalist, I understand, and appreciate the pitch, trying to drum up business, but no thank you) The girl talked a mile a minute, wearing mask, I was having a hard time understanding & I told her that. I have been going to Performance Plus since I moved to Traverse nearly 3 years ago, Heather and Jason were always pleasant and ran through the same procedure every time I came in. RecommendedThey go above and beyond when it comes to oil changes. They made sure I was aware of my oil leak and where it was. My tire broke when I got my oil change they put my fixed tire on for me after trying to get my spare out and couldn’t . They are so friendly I always go to the Sparta location when I need an oil change I’ve never had any problem.
