Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Were you able to get answers to simple questions from this provider without scheduling an appointment? Yes Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Was this chiropractor's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond

Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Definitely! They staff spoke very highly of him/her Does this provider treat every client equally? Definitely, they make everyone feel equally respected and cared for Are you going to visit this provider again? Without a doubt!

Does this provider have a good professional reputation within your community? Not really, it could be better Did this chiropractor use current and safe equipment? Fairly Current Did this chiropractor explain your treatment method before performing your adjustment? Yes, but not well Did this provider thoroughly explain the risks and benefits of your treatment? I think so Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Somewhat, I wasn't overly impressed

Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Yes! I know that I would have gotten better service anywhere else! Did this provider seem irritated to be working with you? Yes, they seemed like they wanted to be somewhere else Is this provider's business conveniently located? No, its really far from the freeway and other shops Was the waiting area spacious? No, it was rather cramped

Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes! I was given all the information I needed without having to ask Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Definitely! It was one of the best looking offices I've ever seen! Did this chiropractor pay attention to your problem area? Yes, they really focused on it

Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. I don't know of anywhere else that would've taken better care of me. I had a great experience. The staff really knows what they're doing, and they know a lot about the company they work for. Were the staff members able to answer your questions? The staff didn't seem to know very much, they couldn't ever answer my questions Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Was this provider willing to stay open late to accomodate your needs? Not at all. They closed early even though they knew I needed help Is this provider's business conveniently located? Sort of, but its pretty far away from everything Did this chiropractor discuss your X-Rays with you? Yes
