Truly. Don't go here. Smooth-talking Tony is the epitome of shady auto repairmen. Rarely had problems with my vehicle until I took it to Tony and his questionable staff. After my first appointment with Tony, had to take it back because his staff couldn't get it right the first time. Over the next two weeks, it visited auto shops four more times. THEY DIAGNOSED AND SOLVED A MYSTERIOUS FRONT END ISSUE, THAT I TOOK TO 4 OTHER SHOPS WHO WERE ALL STUMPED, BUT TONY AND HIS TEAM GOT IT RESOLVED AND NOW IT WORKS VERY WELL.
Great service, courteous competent people who do what they say they will do, within the promised timeframe, and at the quoted price. An impressive operation, they are now our mechanic of choice for all our vehicles. I know mechanics, and when I find an excellent mechanic, they get all my repeat business. Plus they are far less expensive than the dealership.
Very Rude customer service. I asked for a simple cleaning for a gas tank and was asking about the procedure. I got a response of "if you keep me on the phone longer ill charge you more" then hung up. Horrible Customer Service
I would recommend this business to anyone. I was impressed with the quality of work done on my car. Had a" noise" driving me crazy for quite some time. After trying 2 other shops and losing money, the guys at Performance were able to diagnose and fix my car the first time. Consider me a loyal customer for life!
Finally found a reliable, friendly, honest auto shop. Only the necessary work PLUS little extras for free. A+ clean shop with top notch mechanics.
Performance Plus has been taking care of my SAAB for over a year. They are even quick to point out what does not need fixing which is truly unique in the automotive repair business. I appreciate this kind of integrity. I have recommended them to several other friends and everyone really appreciated their service and honesty.
Absoultely the greatest. We took our VW there on a special wash and headlight buffing. VW wanted to replace headlights at $750 each, said buffing/sanding wouldn't work. (we triedit ourselves and it didn't). Tony's staff did a great job and our car came back spotless, with headlights brighter than ever. We took a vacation, had car trouble on way back and remembered great service so took the car in. They didn't charge to check it out, brought it back for repair and their charges were incredibly fair. Beth and Tony will take care of you. They have their customers' best interest at heart. I can't usually be bothered with writing reviews but in this case I had to.
