Natasha is awesome! The whole company is awesome! They do a very thorough job. I work on a construction site and it's normally a dirty, muddy mess. My guys come in and out all the time tracking in dirt, mud, snow, etc. Natasha comes in and does her magic and you would never know how dirty it ever was! Super reasonable pricing too!
PerformancePlus was contracted to clean windows after Kankakee Valley Schools located in Wheatfield, IN had multiple windows replaced over summer. Their team was professional and quickly did a fantastic job. My office windows looked spotless. I would highly recommend them if you want a great job done in a timely manner.

They sell you a bill of goods and give you a checklist of what their service includes.. they do not provide this list to the people that do the cleaning.. the service you receive is half assed at best and no effort is put in to actually cleaning.. if you want to pay someone an exorbitant amount to take out your trash and mop the bathroom floors but skip actually cleaning bathroom fixtures constantly then performance plus is for you.. if you actually want your facility clean i would suggest looking somewhere else.
