They sell you a bill of goods and give you a checklist of what their service includes.. they do not provide this list to the people that do the cleaning.. the service you receive is half assed at best and no effort is put in to actually cleaning.. if you want to pay someone an exorbitant amount to take out your trash and mop the bathroom floors but skip actually cleaning bathroom fixtures constantly then performance plus is for you.. if you actually want your facility clean i would suggest looking somewhere else.
