Wow! I'm old school. I expect good service for a fair price and that is exactly what we received from Performance plumbing! Weekend problem; clogged pipe; prompt availability; 70 feet of snake; great service; very reasonably priced given the weekend and all. Shane was totally professional and courteous! Performance plumbing is now on my refrigerator for all future plumbing calls. Thanks so much!

We had a smell coming from somewhere near our bedroom. They detected a leak in the cast iron pipe. The entire pipe was relined and the smell is GONE!

The technician Mr. Joe was courteous and professional. He came in and looked at the situation and at the initial troubleshooting it appeared that we may need a 'new' tank replacement. Mr. Joe listened very carefully to our explanation of the issue and what we experienced and because it didn't make sense at first. He went above and beyond to do some further troubleshooting and this led to us having to replace a part versus an entire tank and saved us some money.
