Amazing customer service from 2 employees this morning, they were very kind and helpful 10/10!
Everytime I call I’m put on hold. I order the part online, forcing me to come in just for them to not even have the parts. & this has happened multiple times. No longer going to this location
Sold me incorrect wiper blades for my car. Told me the sizes I needed without checking that they would actually connect to the car. Same employee was actively playing video games on his phone. Other employees ignored me completely while chatting. Do not go here if you want actual service.
John couldn't install battery because there were only 2 employees but a customer after me asked for the same service and he was helped and had his battery installed and I asked how much he paid for his battery and was lower than me because he got a discount. It appears this store prefers some customers more than others
