Came in needing a part and asked them to look up my vehicle. They gave me the wrong part, so I returned the next day for a refund. The manager refused, then started making excuses about not wanting to get fired over a $7 item. I don’t need to hear your personal problems. Went to the store about 10 minutes before closing. The door was already locked but saw couple of employees chatting. I knocked on the door and one of the employees just stared at me. I knocked on the door one more time, and he came to open the door annoyed. He actually said, "Why are you banging on the door?". Simply the worst attitude I ever saw. I told him I needed to buy a Torx screwdriver for replacing my brakes. He reluctantly opened the door and told me to hurry up. Will never shop at this store again...
20250528 Stopped by to pick up my online order even thought I didn't get the Ready To Pick Up email. My order wasn't displayed in the list, and fortunately, one of the employees leaving for the day stayed to help me. He found my order, and was able to locate the item in the self.
