My mother had surgery at this clinic in March 2026, and the post-operative coordination was completely unacceptable. We were told someone would notify us of her status and location after surgery. That never happened. Instead, staff clocked out and left for the day as my aunt and I sat in the waiting area with no information and no guidance on where to go. I had spinal surgery on the 15th with Dr Hurford and his colleagues! Everybody from admitting up to the nurses and staff on 4 North were awesome except for a pacu nurse while I was coming out of anesthesia was not very nice. But I'm not letting that interfere with the overall experience. I had nurses and physical therapy that were very patient with me when I needed it the most.
