USAA dispatched FayRoadside and after waiting 3 hours and calling them twice for an update another company came in 20 minutes. Can't believe the run around and no show. USAA members should not use Fay Roadside. Terrible.
These guys are the best. Tons of knowledge and professionalism. Did a great job on my truck and will continue to have them work on and upgrade my components.
Had a 6 inch skyjacker economy lift that road pretty rough. Most of the shops that I had gone to prior to moving here wanted a lot of money to fix. Performance off road replaced the shocks, steering box and steering stabilizer for a very reasonable price. Now it rides great. The service was really good as well. Brian, Chris and Mark really know their stuff. Thanks guys
Went in to get some new wheels for my truck, Bryan helped me understand how different wheels would fit and look, we decided on a size that worked and when they were installed, the wheels look awesome, the crew and Bryan stayed late to do some of the trimming I needed to minimize rubbing, overall I am totally satisfied and very happy with not only how my truck looks but also with the service I received, fair pricing on products and labor, will definitely be going back for more upgrades in the future!
Was on a time crunch before block leave blew a rear brake line. Had the truck towed to performance off road. Brian gave us a rundown of what was going to need to be done. The job was completed to satisfaction within the time quoted. But when complications arose, in the form of the front brake line blowing, when departing on a test drive.
