I have been here on multiple occasions over the past 3 years for work.Consistent issues persist, especially this week, with very unclear, unprofessional front office staff. I went in to have a new hire UA test. I was not told that there was going to be a longer than usual wait time when I checked in. I found that out after I sat down and a very disgruntled client went to the front counter to ask how much longer for their UA as they had been there for well over an hour and this is a simple test. I have taken the CPR class every year for the past 6 years now and I’ve never learned as much as I did with the instructor this year. Jess was an amazing teacher, very professional and well spoken. I hope my review is a result of her wages to be increased by at least 40%. Thank you so much Ryan Quigley

One of the slowest places to get a physical and DOT . Feel like they drag everything out longer then they should. Not enough staff to keep up with how many clients are waiting.

Exemplery customer service. Didn't have to wait long to be seen. I was in and out within twenty minutes. The waiting area had some very soothing paintings, but the room was too bright and hurt my eyes. Music playing from the speaker was a bit loud and overstimulating. Lovely place with great people overall, definitely recommend!
