I had a great experience working with Chris and his service manager (I wish I could remember her name, apologies!). I expressed interest for a car on a Friday evening and Chris was immediately in touch. I was able to stop by that Saturday morning for a test drive. He was upfront with the pricing and didn't try to add any additional fees.
