Lys was great. Called right away and got to work. Did his best with keeping the paper work at the dealership minimal. Allowing much of the process to be done over the phone. Car was beautiful. Highly recommend ask for Lys.
This is surprising to say, but the whole car buying process was quick and easy. I was in and out in about 2 hours. The entire team was outstanding and professional. Lys and Bijan were both friendly, and honest throughout the whole process. They wanted to get a deal done, but were not overly pushy. They listened to me and worked with me to make it happen. Even the financing portion was simple and not painful. I would highly recommend.
They played me. Thought I was getting a great car and great deal, but they hid some damages and of course the car started falling apart weeks after I drove it off the lot. Make sure you get your cars inspected before purchasing, that’s on me for not doing that beforehand, but they should have been up front about damages and issues with the car and they knowingly lied saying the car was fixed. Beware.
Absolutely terrible experience. My NEW Outlander had the struts go out with 11k miles. Been trying to get it fixed for a month now. They didnt have the part, now they do. They told me 4 hours of labor originally, now it’s 4 days. They say they dont have loaners and the GM wont call me back. Stay far away from these people. ZERO STARS.
