There's a special place in Hell reserved for Vern at Performance Lending. Jail should be his pre-leminary space before a hot fiery Hell. I recall meeting with Vern & explaining my situation. I remember looking into his calculating eyes & could see his thoughts as my voice became a distant sound to his ears as he planned how he thought he would take my house. But God intervened before he could foreclose. We literally sold the day before the auction this experience increased my faith there is a God!

PMIF is a shady loan company with shady practices. Vern Stewart could care less about people and their families. He is quick to try and throw a family out of their house if they are having financial hardships. Unwilling to work out a plan or a way to keep you and your family under a roof. He is a money hungry predatory lender, looking for people he can get into a loan that they cant afford so he can throw them out and take their home. So many errors, comingling of impound funds, confusing interest, fees equal to 50%; unwilling to allow $7500 cash out to be paid off.
