Very happy with my experience at Performance Kia! I was assisted by Mandi in purchasing a new vehicle. She took her time with me and answered all my questions. I did not feel pressured in any way and it was a very pleasant experience - Mandi is a kind individual and it was very nice to work with her! unfortunately previously I gave a negative review this was my fault I had my days mixed up after dealing with numerous dealers me bad, so here we go they gave me the best trade in value for my 2021 Kia Seltos purchased a 2025 Kia Seltos X-Line everyone was very helpful explained all the new features of this ride and the coolest thing is that I got a really cool Kia bag (joking) will deal with them again!
I went into Performance Kia unsure of what I was looking for, but when Mandi walked out onto the lot and began asking the right questions with my lifestyle in mind it pointed me in the direction of the 2025 Kia Niro. Mandi really put care and time into making sure I found the vehicle that was perfect for me and my lifestyle and in my budget, and as a first time buyer she made sure to answer any questions I had. I'm not from Thunder Bay, and I was shopping around for a new Kia. I chose Kia Performance because they gave me a better deal. I have to give a huge shout out to Mandi. She went above and beyond to get me in a Sorento. Kathleen for getting me a better rate. I'm very happy with my decision!!
(My response to NULL, nope they won’t answer you or call you.) 2nd update: 2 paragraphs. - I ADDED A SECOND PHOTO, a text to the saleswoman who sold me the KIA SORENTO, not even a week afterwards. I bought it Feb 16, 2025. When checking out, I asked the female service worker after I told her the paperwork is wrong, that’s not what I called in for, I told him it was for the recall of the blower motor, and she said whoever entered it had it that way.
