My daughter bought a car fron a friend and we needed to attend the dealership to transfer over thr extended warranty!. Kathleen. Adduono treated us as if we bought the vehicle from them, offering us coffee..I was very impressed with their help, would recommend this dealership to all my friends.
Brought my 2016 sorento in and asked them to look at 3 specific parts, the called me a week later to tell me my battery was dead and wouldn't take a charge and told me I need to buy a new one, 3 days later, I started my car with it's dead, uncharged battery and drove it home... please explain how a car you say doesn't work and needs all these parts and repairs drove onto my trailer with a battery that won't hold a charge?
