Our 2014 Kia soul had a bunch of mechanical issues that just didn't make it worth it to fix. Kia was great with letting us figure out what we were going to do with the car and then when we decided we would just donate the car to charity they let us arrange for the car to be towed from their lot (we originally were going to tow it back to our place and have the charity tow it from there but CAA apparently won't tow from dealership lots so it would have cost us an extra $120+ for the tow). Too costly They sell their protection plan to me on too high rate The same thing I will get in low price if I bought from southern Ontario Prefere to buy from GTA not from Thunder Bay I can't rate by 1 star
