want to you for a pm and some repairs. pm over priced didn't get. air leak got repaired. or played for and still leaking. so I paid for nothing. called back and got voice mail no one returned my call. I'm still in Houston. not for long. why cant I go to a kenworth and ask to get a repair done and get what I pay for. ..

Been here 5 hours already and still not done. Just replacing an ac compressor.
Worst Service in the country. Since we did not purchase our trucks for them, every time we take a truck there for service it’s at least two weeks. Once we had to raise the governor from 70 mph to 75 mph. They had the truck for two days and still claimed they can’t do it. Took it to the peterbilt dealership across the street, they did it in two hours. Horrible service department.
The fact that a simple job may take you an eternity is the first problem! Then comes the price, OVERPRICED! I would not recommend a flat tire, a pot of soil, anything, or anybody to use this facility. You're a mechanic shop w one damn mechanic that comes in as he pleases on top of everything else. You probably have a better chance of using a shit ton of duct tape and a prayer than to get a repair here. ENTER AT YOUR OWN RISK!
these people were pure unorginized. i sat for 3 days waiting on tomorrow then on the 3rd day was told the replacement part was broken and oops they didnt think to call and let anyone know. when i asked if they had called anyone the reply was not yet. (this was at 12:45 on a saturday and i was told i could pick it up at 12:00). bring plently of patience if you plan to do business with them. oh picked it up 11 days later.
Thanks to the guys for getting us in and repaired quickly.
What should have been a 1 day job servicing the after treatment system (DPF and DOC) on my truck turned into a 3 day job. The tech didn't have much training in the DAVIES computer system to diagnose fault codes. The service writers I dealt with (Stephanie and Passion) are pretty much clueless as well. I could write a book on this place.
