Not so great on the phone service.. – I've never been here and I just called to see their service wait time. The guy answered with "Hello", so I asked where I was calling, thinking I called the wrong numbe because he didnt answer the phone with "Performance Honda" or anything businesslike. He replied with an attitude, "You don't know where you're calling?" I'd rather avoid this place - if they can't answer the phone with professionalism, who knows what their car service is like.
