The Performance team did a great job installing my new high efficiency system. They even came back out the next day to answer questions I had about the system. I appreciate all the hard work.
Came out to fix me pool heater as we used them in the past for this. The technician told me I needed a new part or to replace the heater. He charged me for the trip and we never heard from him again. In the meantime I called Houston Plumbing who came out the next day and found that a wire leading to the water temp sensor had fallen off. They connected the wire the heater is working perfectly.
