I had them come out for a second opinion after another company gave me a diagnostic that didn't seem right, the previous company told me I had a bad heating element and bad limit switch and wanted $2,100 to repair. Performance came out and it was two missing screws on my blower, it shifted out of place. $75 service call was all and they fixed it. Very good experience with Performance. Along with a ton of other people our furnace quit working during the sub zero January night. Teresa was able to come out the next day and get the furnace running again. She was thorough and meticulous. Quick to find the problem and address it. Highly recommend.
Superior service. Heater broke on Friday afternoon and a technician drove to distributor to pick up the part we needed and installed it that evening!
