I hired Performance after talking to two other local companies and another one that was a no show. Performance showed up on time to give me a bid. The estimator was professional and extremely knowledgeable. In fact, he called my husband later that evening to discuss since my husband was not home at the time of the visit. How wonderful I feel now that my new Bryant Unit is installed. What a wonderful job they did. Clean job, and professional too. After getting three bids, I went with Performance because I could tell they knew what they were doing. When I learned that they only install quality equipment and are only interested in doing high quality work, I hired them. Write an update Edit review 8/23/2020 Stay away from Performance Heating and Air in Eldorado Hills, CA and its owner Curtis Brown who claims that he is a certified Bryant contractor. I asked him to repair my Bryant heat pump system, which was a warranty job; I have 10 years warranty from Bryant HVAC Company. My experience dealing with Curtis Brown is very negative: 1.
