The team at performance health is extremely friendly and helpful. I have seen Dr. Kristen multiple times during my pregnancy and she always takes time to listen to all my questions and concerns! I definitely recommend.
My sister referred me to Dr. Kristen with my second baby. Dr. Kristen is incredible. So gentle, so knowledgeable with my baby girl with adjustments both pre and post oral tie release. She gave me some good exercises to help ease tension in baby’s body which allowed for better latch/nursing and overall comfort level for both me and baby. I recommend her to all new moms struggling with fussy babies, oral ties, birth trauma, etc. She is an invaluable resource!!!
