The service department at Performance Ford Dealership in Randolph is second to none. I got a flat tire and the service department responded immediately. They scheduled me for appointment the very next day. Service Advisor Michael Ferrante came out and introduced himself and was present throughout my entire appointment checking on me and keeping me updated on my vehicle.
