In December 2024, I brought my Ford F-150 in for a transmission repair due to a faulty transmission that was covered under warranty. While there I asked to have them look and repair my cigarette outlet below the radio screen. It was loose and when I plug my radar detector in and out I had to hold it. They never repaired it, but said I had an electrical short and charged me $122 to repair it. The problem with Ford Dealers is that they don't have no one to Supervise their wrong doings the owner just want the money making machine who are rhe seller's no matter what , so STOP BUYING FORD any ways Ford has always been a bad Vehicle and Company they have been making money on bad vehicles is time to stop them so they show respect to the buyers and no just apologize eather replace the car or refund the money that's is respect apologizing is garbage.

Buyer beware... Avoid this place at all cost. First, the sales team will tell you anything they think you want to hear in order to make the sale. Then all the promises and guarantees disappear. I leased a 2020 Ford Escape Titanium and had issues with it before I even drove it off the lot. Promised were made to fix the issue, but nope...
