Great Sales Team and Service Dept. After 20+ years of sub standard service at our local Ford Dealer we will gladly drive 30 minutes farther down the road.
I've had another horrible service experience with Performance Ford in Randolph. The transmission they fixed in December 2024 required me to use them or I would have gone to any other Ford dealership. I had more of the same problems along with a new one. Promises of having my truck diagnosed and communicated on a certain date didn't happen. Not sure where else to take this so social media it is… Bought a car in June. 4 year registration was expected and what i paid. They said after the paperwork/financials were done that they could transfer my old plates. That came with a 1 year registration. So I’ve been asking for my 3 years of registration fees to be reimbursed for almost two months and keep getting the ‘we’re working on it…’. So now I will try to get the attention of whoever however I can. Still waiting…
Had a service issue, Ryan Lopez helped me out big time. Very understanding, helpful and great at communicating. Was very patient with me and showed me thoroughly how the issue was resolved. If I have any other issues , I’m calling Ryan. No brainer! Thank you Ryan!
