Welcoming environment
Ray is ok got me what I wanted Just make sure you check it over first my car had a low coolant light the day after I took it home found out needed a water pump and coolant pipe almost put 5k down they couldn't even help with 500$ in parts which is nothing for that job on the car I got obviously it was leaking when they had it make sure you get a pre purchase inspection if you buy a used car from them and something's wrong with it they won't help you.
Overall I had a good experience working with Don Mendoza. We were able to work out a fair deal on a Ford Explorer. Everyone I interacted with was very personable and helpful through out the process.
Great service dept. valet service is amazing. Anthony was a great service advisor.
