Their service team took complete advantage of my wife when she took the car in for a recall. First, they asked if they should check the alignment. She said explicitly they could check it but needed to talk with her husband once she had the price. This was due to us being unemployed. They did the alignment any way and insisted she pay. Our salesman Joe was great to work with, never pushed us and really worked with us, would give him 5 stars we are very happy with our purchase. Mike (the accessory salesman) also great to work with was very clear on available options, never pushed us to get anything, just informed us of what we had available to us. Giving 4 stars just for the fact that financing did push the extended warranty option pretty insistently. Super friendly and great customer service. Hope was terrific and Ben is a talented mechanic. Both were very apologetic and understanding. Nothing but great things to say about the staff. But Ford is dumb. I should not need to have a new $13,182.56 transmission installed after 97k miles. I will be going back to GMC. It sucks because I really liked my F150. It has been a great truck until this. Powerboost F150 owners.......pay attention to your transmission.
