I do not have a lot of experience with dealerships. However, if all of them are like this place, then the world would be a better place. They will take care if you and I am guienuinly impressed by their professionalism and candor.
Try to make an appointment for a vehicle diagnosis and I guess Friday's and Saturdays are a no go because according to Page the receptionist. they just like to do them on Monday which is fine I guess but it's misleading to have your service hours say Monday to Saturday if you only to that on Mondays. I don't know. won't honor their in mail flyers either. She was very condescending, maybe she's someone's relative but I also work in customer service and it just seems like she just didn't want to do her job while leaving me on ... read more
My most recent experience at Bountiful Ford/Lincoln service center was great. My car was done when expected and the communication was great. I can tell they really tried hard to make it a better experience. Added bonus… they delivered my car to my home when it was done! Great job Trenton! Thank you!
I had initially posted a savagely negative review but I decided to change it. We had some bumps in the road and a couple of misunderstandings, but at the end of the day Trey gave the extra effort and resolved my problem.
