Purchased one vehicle from these guys and NEVER again!! Had a major problem with a new truck. No customer service skills!!! Don’t waste your time with these clowns.
I bought a brand new 42k Ram truck. I love it! The salesman Phil was super cool! He was very low pressure and took a lot of time to explain all of the features and go over everything with me. I really liked him and I give him 5 stars! He made the experience super easy! That being said, I’m not nearly as satisfied with the dealership or the management. I always used to buy my cars here, but never again! I kept getting papers in the mail about how they wanted to buy back my Journey and how we will put you in a 2018 for same payment or less! Went to get my oil changed yesterday, a full synthetic change. The last two times the intervals on the sticker were for 5000 miles each and this one was only for 3000 miles in between changes. My truck takes Ow-20 oil and last time the invoice says 5w-20 was put in instead. I thought synthetic was supposed to last longer, maybe I'm wrong. I have dealt with 4 Dodge and Chrysler/Plymouth dealerships where I purchased a new vehicle. Of them all, Performance is the best of the best. I have now purchased 2 vehicles from them and rate both their sales and service 5 stars. I was there today for a recall and again they exceeded my expectations.
We bought our second vehicle from Performance Dodge Ram today (coincidentally both pre-owned Jeeps, not trucks) and had an amazing experience. We dealt with Eric who was the opposite of your typical salesman - he is easy going, no nonsense and seriously worked hard to get us a great deal on our dream car. I just bought my 4th pickup from Performance yesterday. I bought the last 2 from John Swartz who was very professional. I would not be a return customer if I was not happy with the deals I have gotten
The general manager of sales is rude and they don't even give you a full tank of gas when you spend 40k on a new truck what a joke. I will never buy another truck from here again
