I was blown away by how the sales members had such great knowledge of the vehicles. Andrew helped me choose a vehicle that was right for me keeping in my mind my budget and my needs. the manager bent over backwards to help me get in the monthly price range I was comfortable with with a vehicle that far exceeded my expectations. Went in and got a quote yesterday. Went into the dealership today to purchase the car, check in hand, and Andy the salesman comes back with a higher number than the day before. When I questioned him about the number, he said he never gave me that quote. As I got up and walked away, Andy made a smart and sarcastic comment towards my mother and I. Ill never go back to that dealership again. If you don’t know how to talk to people, you shouldn’t be selling cars. It makes sense that this dealership is only rated 3 stars.

Unfortunately I spent 5 hours pursuing an ad for a new 2018 Dodge Ram advertised just over 21k. I was told that was only if I qualified for all the discounts and incentives. Coincidentally I only qualified for 1 discount and they gave me a price of 30k.....
We had such a good experience with our salesman Eric and the financial man Mike. They both were very down to earth people and did not pressure us at all. After walking out of a different car dealership last weekend with a bad taste in my mouth, it was refreshing to have a pleasant car buying experience. He really listened to what we wanted instead of trying to upsell us. And both gentlemen had great things to say about the people they work with and for.
