Had a great experience at Performance dodge. My wife and I drove almost 4 hours to get to this dealership to look at a used vehicle we were really interested in. Andy Dutton and the sales manager made us feel welcome and like we were friends. Wasnt a stuffy hard-core business deal like most dealerships. These people connect with you and laugh and joke around. Overall great service, great people, and a great dealership.
Heath Seyfarth, Aaron Day and the whole Performance Dodge team made this the easiest and quickest car buying experience I’ve ever had. They were fair on my trade and worked hard to get the interest rate and note exactly where it needed to be. This was my second of many future auto purchases from Performance Dodge...I’ll have two new drivers before I know it and this will be my first and only stop. Y’all give Heath and the gang a call!
Heath Seyfarth sent my wife an email at 7:57 am this morning telling my wife to come and look at a 2018 Ford Explorer. She replied back that she would be at the dealership to meet with him at 10:30 am. She drove 50 miles from Crowville only to discover the vehicle had been sold Monday afternoon. This is unacceptable. I was floored at the service today! It was amazing! I had been texting Shaun about needing a new vehicle for a few weeks, and had finally had the last straw and needed one now. He asked which ones I’d want to test drive, if I’d like him to bring them to me, and then got all of my info for budgeting so we could get everything done quickly. Absolutely terrible customer service!! Discussed final pricing, trade-in amount, pre-approval, etc. Called and told them we were 1:00 away and hour away. Left Baton Rouge headed to the dealership and got halfway there and they called and sold it. Cass, Haley, etc are all terrible. Compared the sale to buying a roll of toilet paper in Walmart and getting halfway there and realizing they were sold out already.

I heard this guy Mark was yelling at at a young lady in front of everyone bc she didn’t have approved credit etc. I guess that’s how they do it in Natchez.
