I went there for the first time last night to get a part for my bike. Staff was knowledgable and very down to earth. Holly was very helpful. I'm simple, things like knowledge and friendliness will keep me coming back. It's nice to see a place that values customer service.

The service I received when I bought a helmet there in April defines what customer service should be. The first person I spoke with was not the right person, but he quickly handed me off to the right one. The young lady who worked with me was patient as I ask a number of questions. She knew which helmet I needed but had me try in various brands so I knew I was sure. They didn't have the color I wanted so the ordered it at no extra cost and shipped it at no extra cost. Had a great experience to cheer up my day of fuckin with my bike. Staff was very helpful. Terran (I think I got it right) was awesome helping me with parts and then he sent me to check out with Lindsay (bad ass chick and gorgeous hot as ) who so happens to race and ride the same bike I do. I forgot air filter oil but will for sure be back for my future projects
Went in to get new tires. The know it all parts guy sends me home with the wrong sizes. I should have known when he only looked at the parts book for two seconds.. I drove all the way across town now I'll have to do it again.. This is the third time they sent me home with the wrong stuff.. I think I'll buy online from now on.. It should save me from the hassle.
I was probably 12 Years old the first time I went to performance, now 20 years later after living all across the US including Southern California I can say without a doubt this is one of the finest shops in the country. You guys are awesome.
