I tried this for my Sciatica, but didn't feel that much relief HOWEVER I knew that going in but was hoping maybe a little temporary relief. It felt great on the muscles but still not deep enough for the nerve. The owners were really nice and knowledgeable. I'm 6'5" and fit in the chamber just fine. I think this would be best for sore muscle maybe spasms but for me personally it didn't work for Sciatica. I told my wife she should go a few days after a good workout. Once I'm back in the gym I will definitely go back.
Had a great experience at Performance Cryotherapy. Met the owner and she was so nice and helpful. Explained the process and how it worked throughly. Felt amazing after and plan on returning. You can't beat the introductory price of $20.00!
