Great initial Cryotherapy session
Very helpful. Friendly and resourceful. Feel so good. Highly recommend as part of a healthy youthful lifestyle.
It's only been 1.5 months but I absolutely love the results. I'm sleeping every night 7-8 hours. The pain I was having about 8 or 9, (10 being the worst) is about a 3 or 4. The whole body cryo is awesome and yes it's COLD! The localized cryo also helps as well. I love the facials. I've only had a few, waiting to see results.
Over all positive experience ! Everyone is so nice and professional. I love my facials and can see difference ! Plus it feels great !

Cryotherapy is highly recommended for any and all rehabilitation, long term inflammation, definitely if your an athlete. My personal experience is that I suffer from lower back pain, I have never in life felt such relief after trying Cryotherapy. If you are seeking pain management for the aches and pain , especially joint pain I suggest you invest! Your body is worth it, besides it resets your energy level and revives you, I’m booking my appointment now and you should to , hope to see you there.
This was a very different, but GREAT experience. The staff was very professional & passionate about their business, which helped ease my nerves. I’ve never experienced the type of “cold” that I felt while in the room, but it was amazingly bearable. I work out at least 4 times a week & it helped my soreness & actually gave me more energy. I’m a true believer in the positive effects of Cryotherapy.
