Pretty sure this clinic is a scam 100%. I know a woman who brought her child here for evaluation. The evaluation was done in late July or early August. As of December, she has received absolutely NOTHING from Performance Brain Health Center. She has called several times-most times she got no response, but when she did get a response, they told her the results "aren't ready yet." They offered to give her a summary of the results until they can get her the whole document....not sure how you can type up a summary of a note that... read more
My child was evaluated and they are not giving us the report so we can get his therapy. This place is unprofessional. I would definitely take your business elsewhere.
BEWARE! Not a legit business. Look up the Dr.s license status on the state website.
I am a nurse case manager and advocate for injured workers. One of my patients was seen here for neuropsych testing and I have called them at least 5 times to request the report. Never a call back. So unprofessional... And a very creepy voice on the voice message.
