While I believe in general that the staff are nice and friendly, they sadly lack organization skills and communication skills among themselves, the bike work order, and to ringing up my order and calling me back. I started as a customer at performance then became a part time employee. The selection and pricing is perfect. I do wish they price matched from other online outlets though. I found the management to fair and honest and Gil was a master at what he does.. I still continue as a customer since I left the store and will do so for years to come..
The Guys in the back are great. They always did great work on my se primetime that I bought from the store. The short and stout woman that I think owns the store is a very rude and disrespectful. I was looking at a bike that was marked at a price over what was on their website, and I simply asked the lady about this and showed her the bike on the website, and it was a different sized bike and that is what made the difference. I am disappointed with the way you handle prices and sales. Yesterday I say a product that was reduced from 1399 to 1099. Today I went into product and it was elevated to 1399 and now you apply a 25% discount at checkout. If I would have bought yesterday I would have gotten basically same deal. Where is the sale then? Yesterday it was reduced to $1099 and today with the sale discount at checkout it comes to $1049. I have seen this frequent in some products I follow
