After going to multiple bike stores in Philly and surrounding suburbs, I was giving up on finding a bike in my price range that was better than a big box store quality. Performance not only had some lower end/reasonably priced bikes for a novice like me, but they took the time to explain all the features and why some where worth the higher price vs some that I wouldn't need. I appreciate their honesty and after all summer on my new bike, I am still really happy.
They did an outstanding job and customer service is great... will be the first thought for my biking needs...
