Katie Swaine was our sales consultant. She was fantastic. The car we wanted to look at was on the car lift getting new breaks and a few sensors replaced. She and her manager were upfront on how long it may take as the parts had not arrived yet. So we test drove another and decided we still waited to wait for the Lincoln.
