We purchased a used certified 2024 ES 300h from this dealer. A few days after the purchase, we noticed that both of the chrome wheels on the driver side were curved. We requested they repair or replace which they refused to do. They questioned our honesty. We have owned multiple Lexus’s and have had them serviced by Lexus.
