We had a great car buying experience and love our new car. The sales team helped us explore all options for the vehicle and financing and they were thorough in reviewing all of the tech accessories when we picked up the car.
Went here a few weeks ago, had Angel as my sales rep. He was great and I would recommend him (he deserves 5 stars) but when I was ready to purchase a used Infiniti, management (who deserves 0 stars) did a soft credit pull and assumed that I wouldn’t get approved and I need a co-signer (likely because I’m in my early 20’s and showed up in a run down car).
