Was looking for a specific vehicle. When it arrived was hounded by someone texting me to come in and see it asap. Took day off work to find the vehicle was up on the rack, not at all ready to be driven yet. After purchasing the car, I was given the keys to pick it up after hours however the key batteries were dead so I had to *******how to get into the car and start it without using the electric key or push start. During signing, Mr. B********* shoved the GAP Addendum paperwork in front of me with the rest, told me to sign it all, then explained that the monthly cost would go up with the inclusion of the GAP almost $100 but assured me it was necessary.
