Salesman actually tried to justify the $575 documentation fee for a vehicle that was advertised as a great bargain. He told me that the fee was part of the cost of the car, because the price of the car was at such a low price. SMH

Made me feel like it was a burden that I came in. Unprofessional, wasted my time complaining about other customers instead of talking about the car, promised to provide a history report and then refused ten minutes later, and they rushed me out. I won't be bothering them with my business again.
