If you are looking for someone to manage your property look elsewhere. Terrible communication. Nearly impossible to talk to a live person. No oversight of your property. They do a terrible job of managing expenses. I've caught several overcharges and duplicate charges. They keep customer deductibles when they shouldn't. When you terminate services they just play games getting you documentation. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere
