My A.C. went out on Sunday afternoon, called 8am on Monday and they had someone out before 10am to get it fixed. Devin was extremely professional and honest with the repairs and pricing. I, like most homeowners, do not get service done on my A.C. nearly as much as we should and as a result it blew. Devin had it diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. Decided to purchase their yearly service plan as a result. Will continue to use their services in the future.

No longer an HVAC problem solver. They are leaving a 95 year old great grandmother without AC and dithering on a repair timeline in June 2025 St. Petersburg heat. My mother-in-law is a prepaid service customer. She called for next day service when her newer air-conditioning unit unexpectedly stopped working. The company sent a diagnostic technician.
