This 5 STAR REVIEW is for Performance Air Conditioning Company & Mr. Arman Tovmasian an Outstanding A/C Technician. I purchased a new unit in Sept 2024 & have had some issues. However, Performance has responded "Above & Beyond" in adhering to the Waranty & promises made before the sale --- & without any problems or questions after the sale. Also, a huge plus is having Technical Expert, Mr. Arman T. as an employee. Not only an A/C expert but a person who listens to the customer's issues. My A.C. went out on Sunday afternoon, called 8am on Monday and they had someone out before 10am to get it fixed. Devin was extremely professional and honest with the repairs and pricing. I, like most homeowners, do not get service done on my A.C. nearly as much as we should and as a result it blew. Devin had it diagnosed and repaired within 2 hours. Decided to purchase their yearly service plan as a result. Will continue to use their services in the future.
