When my old furnace suddenly stopped working during a hot week, I reached out for help and was able to get an appointment the very next day. I was told up front about the $169 service call fee, and that any parts needing replacement would require my written approval. our heater kept turning on and off randomly, which was getting annoying. we had another company come out twice, but they just did a quick look and didn't really solve anything. perfecttemp hvac repair sent jeff over the next day, and he actually took the time to test our heater and heat pump properly. after checking things out, he found a few electrical parts that were causing the issue and replaced them. the heater is working great now. i liked how they listened to our concerns instead of rushing through. the price was fair... read more

Jeff was my technician who came out on a hot Saturday here in Delray Beach when my AC stopped working. He was very friendly and professional. Jeff took the time to explain exactly what was wrong with my air conditioner and gave me several options for repairs. Diego, the sales rep, helped out when it turned out I needed a new AC unit.
