Absolutely love this place! It’s such a cute shop and an amazing addition to downtown Lockport! I took my daughter over the summer for permanent jewelry and had such a great experience that I went back for a second visit today with my boyfriend’s daughters. The owner is so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely sweet — she makes the whole experience feel personal and special. My boyfriend and I had a wonderful experience! Kelly squeezed us in for two permanent bracelets even though we called the day of and on the same day as the opening day of her new location! She was lovely and knowledgeable on the permanent jewelry process. The store also had a variety of other items outside of permanent jewelry - we ended up purchasing quite a few things! We will definitely be back and recommend to people we know. Check it out!!

My sister asked the girls to be in her wedding today and then surprised us by taking us to Perfectly Linked. We had such a memorable experience! Our afternoon was filled with smiles, champagne, and beautiful new bracelets for the wedding party- I couldn’t choose, so I got 2! Kelly was friendly and provided a great atmosphere. She went above and beyond by providing pink glitter bombs for the champagne. I will definitely be back!
