Beware! Not only is David Rutter a bad pool contractor, he is a dishonest person. It took him 11 months to build our pool and wasn't because of weather delays. It would have taken David Rutter longer if we had not stepped in and worked with the sub-contractors directly. There were at least 2 times we did not see or hear from David Rutter for over 2 months. My company New Tampa Fence repaired a fence for a customer of ours that Perfectly Pools damaged during installation, and they have not paid me for the work done. I am going on 207 days now that I have not gotten paid. I would think twice about using this company because if they can't pay there subs they hire that's a problem.
