Rude secretary that talks down to everyone and drags out appointments for unnecessary lengths of time. I have seen the secretary be disrespectful to at least 3 patients and say discriminatory remarks about a woman who clearly had English as her second language and was confused. Reporting to the state medical board and the BBB for questionable practices by the doctor and staff TODAY. If you've been here, you know why-she seems to mess up a lot of people's prescription and have charges with no legitimate reasoning behind them.
