I have been going to Perfection since I got my first car at age 16. Im almost 40 and have taken every vehicle Ive owned to Perfection. I have never had any complaint, ever. Tonight, as they were close to closing, they went above and beyond. My 4 runner wouldn't start where I was at. It was me and my 5 yr old and HOT out. In desperation, I called Corey at Perfection. I've been doing business with them for years now. Bought a set of tires for my daughter's car 2 months ago. She apparently developed a slow leak and not realizing this, drove the car for a day or so and upon discovering the tire was flat, she was told that the tire was shot. Perfection North mounted a new tires at no charge with no question asked! How many other Tire shops would do that? These people have definitely earned my future business!
Use FUCKING DUCT TAPE to attached a tire sensor to my 2008 Mustang... I will not shop hear nor will meet friends....Poor Service!!!!!

I reviewed your history and yes you are correct upon mounting your snow tires it appears they damaged the big hose clamp that holds your sensor on. Instead of doing things properly and replacing the band they chose a poor method in repairing it. I've been here 9 years and know that the front counter guys/ management that have worked here during that time would have not made that call.
