Took my Integra there years ago and one of the guys there drove my car right into the curb and scraped the front lip on my car. Guy walked out like nothing happened, so I asked why he drove my car into the curb. The manager told me to bring in my vehicle and they'll fix the problem. When I went to pick it, i looked and they only sprayed it with a can. No clear coat or anything. I Told them I could've sprayed it myself if that was all they were going to do. The staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. I love Perfection Tire they have come to my rescue on more than one occasion.
Last weekend my husband looked and noticed my tire was low we were close there and had bought our tires at perfection tires so we stopped to see if they'd put some air in it... they were swamped! One of the workers stopped what he was doing came to ask how he could help, and he ended up putting air in the tires and also telling us that they were needing to be changed soon.
The people who work there are great...have been going to Perfection Tire for over 20 years..started at the old store on Division until they built the new one...my late husband use to work for them since 1972 even though it was mainly during the winter time...they called him the "stud man"..he studded the tires for them and some of the other stores as well ...they are a wonderful group of workers...would still be going to them of I still lived in Spokane...
These guys are great! Our family always gets the best and honest service from Perfection Tire - North!
