I went in to have my headlights adjusted. I had an appt. at 9AM. I sat in the waiting room for 1hr and 45 minutes. I decided to go to the front and check on the status of my vehicle. I asked the same fellow that checked me, after looking in the parking lot and noticing my vehicle hadn't moved an inch. He said I had to check with the manager. Got there at 10am for an oil change. I was told I was 5 vehicles behind. An hour and a half wait time. Five vehicles came and went and new vehicles went in. Mine didn’t. Waited another hour and asked again. Yours is up next. Hour later still vehicle hadn’t been taken back. Went up to counter, grabbed keys, made a scene. Will no longer give Perfection my business!
Horrible service and poor communication. When I called someone at corporate he hung up on me. No one here is willing to hear a critique or constructive criticism because they are sure they are doing a great job. First and last visit. I’ll stick with Discount where I’m treated well.
Myke and Rick are awesome! Never been treated like a woman who doesn't know what I am talking about... Unlike Les Schwab always trying to sell me something.

I am from out of town, so needed a mechanic can be a bit concerning. However, based on a facebook recommendation by one Robert Zoric, I was on the phone with Dan asking for help. After coming down, I new I was in the right place. Dan not only gave me a great price to fix my water pump on my truck he also put 4 news tires on my truck. I was very pleased and confident in their work and professionalism. Thanks men!
