RecommendedAwesome staff and fast service! I had a screw in my tire and pulled into Perfection Tire off Columbia Center Blvd to have it looked at. As a female I get intimidated going to tire or auto body shops because I’ve been taken advantage of in the past but I was out of there in 10 minuets, completely fixed and they didn’t charge me, even though I did not purchase my tires there. I highly recommend this Perfection Tire and I’ll be back again!
They said end of day now turned into 3 days instead of giving us a discount for they up the price also not to mention and i quote oh i thought i ordered right parts cause it looked like this and it was wrong size. unquote. That's why your suppose to check and not guess i thought that was a must in vehicle maintenance shop's. No not at perfection tire Newport Washington

RecommendedKeith and his crew always take great care of all my car needs—repairs, service, tires, etc. I trust them implicitly and have never been disappointed by their diagnosis of any problem. They only do what needs to be done! On top of that, the store is clean and very comfortable, staff is friendly and professional.
Great service
One of my tires got "tared" by a parking lot pavement repair which had melted due to the recent high temps. They were able to remove the majority of the tar. You guys rock!!!
The Perfection Tire Kennewick team is the best, I would recommend them to any tire or auto repair shop in the TriCities. They are very customer oriented.
They guys are truly stupendous! I always drive on Perfection tires, but this morning my rear passenger tire was completely flat. They took care of me in an hour even though they were short-staffed. With a solid high-five on my way out the door I will make it on time for my flight. Happy Fourth of July everyone!!
