Want to give a huge shout out to Cale! Was in an accident near the shop and he came out, helped with the vehicles and offered to look at mine, all after 5pm. Went way above and beyond staying past hours to make sure I could get home. Incredible customer service that is so rare these days! Will definitely be keeping business there!! I bought tires from this store 2 years ago. they told me to bring it in for a free tire rotation when it was time to rotate the tires. ever since I bought the tires I have tried to get it in for its routine tire rotation and I have been turned away all but 1 time for the entire 2 years of owning the tires. I finally got in to rotate the tires to find out that the alignment was off and had been wearing the tires on the inside leaving me to have to purchase a new set of tires, in which I will NEVER be buying from this business... read more
These guys over at Perfect Tireare amazing.
These guys came to my house to inflate my mom's car's tire so she could drive it back to their shop. Then they fixed the flat, and wouldn't let her pay for anything. My mom can be very insistent about these things. You guys rock!
