I hired them to my house's upstairs rental room a roommate damaged we changed the bid to include painting three closests 2.5 doors, walls, and floors. He did not paint the closets all the way saying that we had an agreement he would only paint the parts already painted and that if I wanted the rest of the walls in the closets my roommate damaged painted it would be another $200.00 for the time and paints.
